They rang, i didnt answer as i dont know anyone from Broome, they didnt leave a message. I rang back to see what happens and was hoping they answer and I would have an opportunity to waste some of their time, but it said the mailbox (of who it didnt say) is full and cant take nay more messages.

Delay in pick up once I answered, would say it is spam. Hung up before they connected.

Missed a call from this number. Rang back and had an automated response saying message box full. Didn't sound like any voicemail reply from Australia carriers - tesltra, optus etc
