If Banks do contact you they never ask for your personal details including bank account , pin number nor passwords

Caller claimed to be from CBA, alleging fraudulent transactions had been detected in USA. Asking for a/c details etc, which we we did not fall for, We said we will call you, No deal, the dodgy bastard did not want us to call him.
Clearly a scam!
