when i called the number back it said "the number you have called in not connected"

I have had numerous calls from this number.... I'm not answering it and they NEVER leave messages

Yes it is a weird number - it has too many digits. I thought phone numbers had a max of 10 digits I have had this number call before when it was only (02) 8003 7234. Amazing how it has grown in size. Naturally it would be unsafe to ring such a strange number.
