Caller: Someone from Haiti?

Bit of a strange one, to say the least. I looked up the dialing codes and it says 509 is for Haiti. I don't know anyone from there, so I wondered if that was actually accurate or some weird redirect. Out of morbid curiosity I tried to call back (figured I could always hang up/block them) and my mobile confirmed I was indeed calling Haiti. An automated voice message said that "Calls can only be placed from the operator", assumedly meaning that this number cannot be called back - they have to call you. Almost certainly a scammer.
