When I answered my mobile,the caller was speaking Chinese, in which i couldn't understand so I hung up on them, but when I called back there was no answer 🤔😲

When I picked up the caller was speaking in Chinese and I couldn't understand what was happening.
I just hung up on them . and when I dialled back it just rang out.🤔😲
