Caller: Recorded message scam It was a recorded female voice saying they had detected a fault with my broadband and a technician was trying to get hold of me, to please press 1 to be connected to a technician. I hung up and called my provider to find out if it was a scam, they said my connection was fine and I was lucky I didn’t press 1.
