Caller: Power deal

Called from this number, someone with a strong accent, offering cheap power deals. Very hard to understand.
I called the number back, advised it was disconnected, makes it look very much like a scam.

Mobile number so you pick it up then they hang up

rang and hung up didn't leave a message. Suspect dodgy as we are on the do not call register.
