Caller: Scammers

I get many different numbers ringing through but they all have the same hold music (they put you on hold while they get around to connecting). I spoke to one guy for 7 minutes the other day. Had a lovely chat about the weather...covid... He stopped being my friend once I listed off all the ways I knew he was a scammer. He gave me the company name (invest.com- if you google it the site is down for 'maintenance'). Today's guy denied that company name and thought of a new one (SAME HOLD MUSIC!).
While guy #1 had a Nigerian accent, he claimed to be calling from Poland. Another one of these numbers had a country code for Bulgaria while today's was allegedly from England. Given that Nigerian numbers are banned in Australia, they are clearly placing calls through random international exchanges to get through.
This probably doesn't help anyone as I suspect the numbers are single use.
