Caller: Victorian Business Developoment Office

I was asked whether we had found a new palce to move our business to. When I stated we have no plans to move our business he abruptly hung up.

An Indian male claiming to be from NSW Business/Economic Development. I said we weren't interested and hung up. He proceeded to call another 6 times, once even speaking with my boss and couldn't actually confirm what he was calling for. Called again today and didn't bother answering. Especially rude and did not take no for an answer.

Again, strong accent. Said Qld something development office. He said it so quickly and had to ask him 3 times. When I said I was confused as to why he was calling me he hung up.

Said He was Michael from some Victorian Business blah blah , again like most others here was after information about if we were moving or had found a new premises.

Caller: A male

Also had a call from the 'NSW Economic Development Office'. He asked if we had found a new office and when I said we weren't looking, he hung up.

Called and asked if we had found a new location yet. We've been operating from the same building for 40 years. He Didn't ask for any personal information though

This happened to me too! Said he was from the Victorian Economic Development Office and asked if we had moved location yet. We have actually moved and he told me the address which i confirmed, then he hung up. Very odd and not at all comforting for a Friday afternoon

This is scammer. He said he is from the qld economic development office.

from some planning organisaion, accent so strong didn't understand what was said. asked if still looking for premisis and when moving. advised not and hung up.

"WA Business Development Office", same kind of thing- asking if we'd "Found a new business premises or were still looking". I said he had the wrong number and he hung up.

Caller: Western Australian Economic Development Office

An Indian male sounding person claiming to be from the Western Australian Economic Development Office. Asking if we were moving and still looking for office space. After asking him to repeat where he was calling from, i told him that we never rang them. He them he screamed at me asking if we were moving and i simply said "NO". He hung up.

We have had similar callers in the past with similar numbers but claiming to be some different companies a major one was "Better Business Bereau"

Same and he said he was calling from the Queensland Economic Development office

Claiming to be from the Victorian Economic Development office and was wanting to finalise the lease for my business premises for someone else to move into - I own my factory and I am not moving - wanting personal details. Hung up on me when I told him.
