Rang once and hung up.

Called - I didn't pick up. Ive been getting a lot of calls from what appear to be overseas numbers. They ring off quickly. The first one i rang back but now i just add them to auto reject list.

International scam, rings twice and hangs up, if you return call charges applied at high rates. Don’t call back.

Only rang for a few seconds. Presume it was a scam robocall trying to get a call back so they could rip me off on a pay for time call

Has called a number of times over past two days, only rings twice then hangs up haven't had time to answer. Phone shows it is from Weemelah NSW (NSW QLD border) the number is too long for Australia doesn't match with numbers in that area.
Had a similar looking number come up last week but said from Mauritania or Senegal area in Africa.
Question if it is someone pinging numbers to see if they are vailid?

Do not call this number they keep you holding on and then you will pay for the phone call.

Rings on my mobile a couple of times and then stops. Trying to dial the number results in the highly informative message that the number is incomplete or incorrect.

Must be some annoying jackass.

I answered and after a couple of seconds she said “oh hi how are you” and hung up.

Hung up without message. Had several similar calls from everywhere from africa to norway. Has to be unsafe.
