Caller: someone claiming to be Florence

this number came across my Whats app. Apparently a DC (united states) area code. in regards to my recent job efforts, seems someone has sold my personal information and this had a fraudulent text knowing the region i live as bait and associating themselves with a recruitment agency that is listed to be in australia called Randstad recruitment ( i have never contacted them or divulged any personal information to them.)
