Caller: African Scam Number

This is an African republic Scam number.
They will ring first then hang up .
If you reply dial you actually dial international and they keep the line open for as long as possible .

This number has been charged to my Mobile Account
It's reference is African republic.
Telstra do not want to re imburse $53.00

I too recieved a call from same number at 10.06 last night .. did not leave a message .. rude, intrusive grubs. The number is now blocked.

Rang at 23:48 last night. Fortunately I had my mobile switched to silent. Not happy with such an intrusion into my private life.
