this number called my mobile but it stopped after 2-3 rings - wouldn't have answered it anyway. Can't make out whether it is a mobile number or whatever but "22" is West African prefix. First time I've had an ID usually an Australian looking landline which identifies on reverse check as "disconnected" or "no results".
