Call from number also, can't ring back, must be a mongrel telemarketer or similiar.

Call from this number, no message left. I tried to call the number back and got a message to say the call could not be connected. This is the same scenario as other scam/telemarketer calls so I have placed this number in the same category - undesirable and time wasting! Also it seems they are trying to get past the blocking of withheld numbers by calling from a number, but blocking return calls or tracing of that number from their end. Dishonest!
