This is a group of Indian computer jerks that tell you that your computer has a virus and that they work contract Microsoft and only they know how to fix it, then they give you the big drama of how they will take around 2 hours to complete the removal of the virus, they then tell you carry on with your normal things you are doing and they will call you back when they are done, when that finally happens they stick you for anything from $420.00 to $695.00 for the work and time it took as it was a very bad virus, they persist on you giving them your credit card information, they continually ring back telling you that they will have no other option but to cut you off the internet and finally you relent and give them the information and they leave you alone.
The next day I rang my bank and explained to them what had happened and the followed up and found that they are scanners located in the UK and Interpol is after them as well.
The bank immediately reversed the payment, closed my Visa card and that was that, now they are back threatening me if I don't pay the money that the bank reversed, they ring at ungodly hours day in day out and it has now been going on for months, what do I do ????
