At 16:51 Brisbane time, 21/11/17, BOTH my home phone and my mobile phone received a call from 0456147 simultaneously. Nobody at the other end, then just one beep as Nobody hung up on both phones. The number calling was displayed on both phones as 0456147. That is to few digits! I called the number back, but got the announcement "the number you have dialled is incomplete". What IS going on?

I had this number call also, 0456147, 22.11.17

Woman with Indian accent saying that she was calling from Telstra. She said that my internet was going to be cut off. I told her that was fine by me as the NBN is rubbish in my area. She hung up.
