M male voice with a Pakistani accent called my mobile phone from this number claiming to be from Telstra and saying that he was calling as my internet usage was excessive, which it is not. He asked me to bring up the Run window, type in cmd and press OK to bring up the command prompt. It was at that point that I told him he is trying to commit fraud, to f*** off and never call me again, loudly blew a referee's whistle, and hung up.
