I received the same thing - no idea what it is. I haven't responded. Normally with these sorts of things I'll call from a work landline or public phone to see where it connects to, but in this case the number is concealed. It just appears as "HealthInsur". Most probably some kind of scam.

same as above I just blocked them from my phone so they cant send another text to me.

Received a text message with this number from "HealthInsur" saying to enter a code so they can process my health insurance quotes. But I do not recall having made any. I made no further actions with this text in case it is a scam.
