This is coming through as WinThis with no number even in the details area and just saying Congratulations Lisa! Your number is selected for a prize, click and complete to win: http://oc.gg/7qvk7 (unsub: winthis. net/au/) - ZinQ Media. It is obviously a scam because of the space in the website address.
Do we know how they get our number? I noted that if you go into the details it says your bluetooth is showing as *********** and it is the same name as the text is delivered to.

Hi I received a text saying I had won and to look up website

After following the link and entering my details. The hourglass just kept turning.
So I went to my iPhone, clicked on the message and selected 'Block this caller'.
Hopefully that will work !!!
