Caller ID displayed number as 0346239652. Short delay (like when multiple calls placed and the caller answers the first one that picks up) then scripted, forced friendly conversation. Did not give them the opportunity to finish script. The number is allocated to a landline in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia but also to a "business" in Romania. SCAM/Call Centre recommend Do Not Answer.
