Caller was asking personal financial questions posing as a person working for "Australian Superannuation Review" who are conducting a review of a person's superannuation standing and the ability to support oneself upon retirement.
The subject finally got round to needing to come into their office to discuss with an adviser how to improve my personal financial position on retirement.
