the number calling was 02613847834, but they wouldnt leave a message and next time when I answered, it was obviously a cold call

It is from a solar power call centre saying the government is still providing rebates and wanting permission for a sales person to call you later.

Just had call - claimed to be on behalf of Australian based local solar expert re did I have solar power -I didn't answer the question was seeing about rebates for government - If I want anything, I'll do it myself and told him he was wasting my time and I terminated the call. the number 061 2613847834 rang both my mobile phone and 30 minutes later, my landline. did not leave a message on both occasions. When I tried to call it back, got a message to say it was disconnected. Obviously it must be a time-wasting unsolicited marketer...
