Did you have a recent insurance claim? Seems this (Ugandan) number 256205463363 features in a scam where they want to make an injury claim on your behalf. I had a recent no-fault repair claimed on NRMA insurance (insurer of both parties) fixed by repairer in Thornleigh, Sydney so it's likely my mobile was obtained through one of those parties
