They told me that when using the internet virus's and malaware had been downloaded and that I needed to sit in front of computer so they could show me what the problem was. I asked them for a contact number to call back on as I didn't know who they were, obviously I am NOT calling them back. Will ring Telstra now to check if this is actually true however suspect SCAM.
