I had a call from them too. It is apparently Citibank's home loan division. I rang the Australian 13 number to confirm. Not very professional receiving a call from Algeria about my Australian loan.

+2134084612 rang me twice in 2 days.. I did not answer when I saw the area code. they did not leave a message.. I rang this number back and a recorded message said to check international numbers are right ones.. sounds scamy but not sure.. I think area code in in North Africa.. i also tex them asking "Who are you"? and no reply

Rang my mobile, and claimed he is from Citibank and asked me 'security questions' e.g. DOB, Mother's maiden name, etc; I refused. How can I be sure he is really from Citibank !!
