Caller: SAID WAS MICROSOFT SAID I WAS BLOCKED BY MICROSOFT FROM FACEBOOK DUE TO UNSAFE SITE , MY COMPUTER WAS DISABLED . TOLD ME NOT TO TURN OFF MY COMPUTER . i TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS OK . RAN MALWARE SCAN 0 RESULTS.
