A message to ring this number comes up on my now locked computer screen saying a security breach has occurred. ring microsoft security on this number. I rang out of curiosity and was told I had reached I T WORLD Sydney. There is no I T World in sydney. the site on cumputer looked very authentic but I was not taken in. Do not let them have remote access to 'fix the problem'. the fellow who answered had a distinct change of tone when I told him I had NO SAVED PASSWORDS on my computer! He told me I would have to allow access and change all my passwords .... what a con!
