Caller: Scammers

This number is being used by fake tech support scammers. Symbio Networks www.symbionetworks.com is the VoIP provider for this number. So give them a call on 1300 789 653 and ask them to stop the scammers

I called this number as it is listed as Trend Micro Support on Google. Person with foreign accent took control of computer to fix problem. He later said he would get technician to fix problems, but would take about an hour. Also fee of $299 for one year. I cut conversation short. I then phoned local Trend Micro number who resolved my problem. He said they did not have that number as theirs. He also told me to delete an .exe file which was downloaded by previous person. This number also listed for support for NORTON,MCAFEE,KASPERSKY,AVAST,AVG.

Originally called this number for Norton support. Wanted to cancel automatic renewal on card. They Asked for $99.99 to stop renewal. Asked me a for direct deposit into a St George account. I Asked for invoice and details. Gave company name as MacGeeks. Looked it up and sounds like they are scammers.
