I received a letter from Telstra regarding a free NBN upgrade for my line advising to call 1800 870 575 to arrange details. I contacted Telstra directly using my "MyTelstra" App for them to confirm this number is a genuine Telstra number and they confirmed that the number was genuine for contacting Telstra.

Just received 'snail mail' with the offer, an upgrade to 'fibre to the primise' (FTTP), and the same phone number ! The letter also listed telstra.com.au/contact-us Hope that helps.
