Automated Phishing call claiming an important message from AGL. Trawling for birthdate, I called AGL and resolutions claimed no such service and no reason for call. Number was only disclosed at end of call for queries. The 1800 number was not connected. My name was repeated to me electronically. I had previously over a period of a couple of months answered calls which were terminated after I mentioned my name and an electronic beep sound was generated. I would highly recommend a brief pause before answering with your name to determine if there is background noise to establish you are talking to a human !!
