I received an email supposedly from Commonwealth Bank advising of a new direct debit that had been set up from my account and if I had not set up the transaction, I had to call this number.
I did call the number and quickly realises it was a scam after the person on the line wouldn't confirm what the email address was that the notification had been sent from (commonwealth @ info.com).
I contacted CommBank from their website and they advised that all communication from them would be from an email address that comes from a ".com.au" domain so the email I received was definitely a scam.
