Fake tech support claiming that my client needed $1000 anti-virus

Definitely fake tech support, purporting to be mcafee support. Stay away!!

I signed up with them but they were never able to fix a tricky problem All they did was download and run a software scan. I finished up being sold three years subscription to Norton but later i discovered they used their own password, so I cannot access or check in to my own Norton for which I paid a three year sub. I also was told I needed to buy and reinstall Windows 10, and my computer had been up to date before a storm took it out.
