I have a mentally disabled sister who received a diagnosis at Camperdown Children's hospital in approx 1964. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman re her care and need to establish her original diagnosis. Is there any chance of obtaining her records. I have enduring power of attorney. I was a patient with polio at the Camperdown Children's hospital probably between 1953 & 1954 and would like to obtain my clinical records if anyone could help I would be most grateful.
