Reverse-call scam, goes by the name 1800MumDad. Asian female accent. Very deceptive and bar/do not accept calls from this number as you will be charged premium rates for nothing.

No caller id. Asked to accept reverse charges. Could not identify a name of who was trying to call me.
I hung up immediately and called my kids - who are currently overseas.
I found this very distressing. Fortunately one child was partying and the other was sleeping.
