Called for my gas meter number and said they were from Energy Australia. Disconnected my call three times when I tried calling them back. Fourth call they asked for my address and I informed them I do not have a gas meter and advised my suspicion. They were quick to end the call. Dodgy

a company called NGO (gas and electricity as claimed) called from 1800 655 783 in regards to my gas and electricity account. I've never even heard of NGO that supply gas / electricity. They wanted to verify some information in relation to my account. I'm with Tru Energy.

Called number back and it was disconnected. They left a message to verify address and account details of my Electricity provider. Be aware this is a scammer.
