This 1800 number is a SCAM service for when Australian users ring a US Microsoft support number 1 (800) 642 7676, the extra 6 at the end is ignored and you get a scammer pretending to be Microsoft support.

A friend that two of her friends recently received a text message asking them to call this number. Both did because they trusted that it was an 1800 number. When told about the need to access their computers, they both hung up.
