Caller: Scammers PayPal impersonators. SymbioNetworks are the provider for this number and are knowingly providing numbers to scammers and this makes SymbioNetworks complicit in this and lots of other scams. https://www.thenumberingsystem.com.au/#/number-register/search is the site to lookup the provider of a phone number.

Caller: They are Paypal scammers They tell you to ring this number because your PayPal account has been used. Then they ask you to identify your account details. My friend just got caught.
