This is someone calling from so called "TELSTRA SUPPORT CENTRE" Have India accent/dirlect, they state they can stop the "REPORTS OF FAULTS or ERRORS" SENT BY YOUR COMPUTER. They are very rude & threaten to "DISCONNECT YOUR INTERNET" if you resist them. the give a english name and Employee number if asked. Yes it is all BOGUS, SMELL OF SCAM
