I am not an Optus account holder, but there is a noise problem outside my apartment, so I rang Optus because their box on the telegraph pole is making a noise. I found this number using Google. It looked legit but I believe this number is a fake number. When I asked for a reference number for the call, the Indian men (both with very heavy accents) I spoke with (one transferred me) said he would call me back in 10 minutes with a reference number. He did not call. I believe I was talking with Indian scammers. Ick. Do not use.
