received a txt message from AP-PYPAL to state an unauthorized attempt was made to login to my PayPal account and to call the number immediately ... this is not a PayPal contact number for Australia.

Received an email from PayPal to say "Unauthorized firearm purchase detected on guns. com. Act urgently for assistance call +𝟔𝟏 (𝟏𝟖𝟎𝟎) 𝟒𝟗𝟏𝟖𝟑𝟓. To cancelled an invoice you previously received". Checked PayPal Account and found there was an invoice for a Smith & Weston Hand Gun and I think PayPal had the good sense to cancel the invoice as its illegal. Very concerning and all news to me. Have since changed my password etc accordingly.

Caller: Email with this Phone number. Received a legit email from PayPal with an invoice for a handgun 😳 and this phone number listed. Proper Invoice also found in my PayPal account too, but clearly some kind of scam / illegal activity going on.
