popped up last week out of nowhere on my daughters laptop, and said payment of $199 to delete the virus also right now!! or there wouldn't be anything left on hard drive in the morning to salvage . Started very professional but then got very shouty and urgent when said we would get a second opinion. really upset my daughter.
