Called me . said that they were Australian federal anti scam dept. My pc was about to be hacked. I said give me your name and number. He did. I rang them back. No professional greeting. Sounded like a market place in asia... Turned off pc. Ridiculous.

Claim to be a company called "Tech Resolver" based in Chatswood, Sydney. Limited info on the net.

These people keep calling, they should be stopped as its part of a scam to make you think that your computer is faulty. They say that Windows warranty has expired and that it needs to be renewed to fix the problem - that they keep seeing error messages coming through to their service centre. They then apparently charge you to update your warranty, when there is really no issue with your computer
