Yes I made a call thinking it was energy Australia but then told it was an energy comparison company. Recommended I change to AGL,he got my details. He sounded disappointed when I asked for emails for bills. No emails- hence blocked my credit for 12 months. I got a little bit worried when he kept calling me lovey.
