Caller: Energy Australia Pressured me to change plans for a cheaper deal. It was a call centre. There was a busy background noise of other operators talking to potential clients. The other numbers provided were potential scams. When I looked up the Web page rhe 1800 number disappeared. Initially it was connected to Calcutta University. That disappear off-line too.
