Caller: MICROSOFT SECURITY A message came up on my screen to say it was a Microsoft Security Alert and that they has locked my computer and don't turn computer off, otherwise data could be lost and to ring this number 1 800 101 776. I believe it to be a scam. Can anyone assist. I have turned my computer off and rebooted, and am back up and running again, however, I believe this message is still in the system and can lock me up again. I have run Norton, but it says, everything clear.
