Nuisance calls , do not know why these people waste others time for nothing.

Ignored the call - as they are very rude and want details - 2nd time I have received a call from idots - standard answer, where you calling from, can I call you back - no details, then I know it is a call centre - "You taking jobs from Australian People - I only deal within Australia and don't support business from overseas" - still they call......

They have called me twice, both times I answered and they hung up.
Called them back and it is engaged.

So annoying.. called 5 times while im sleeping. then when i do answer, the guy was SO RUDE! not even a hello. just asked: tell me are u with AGL or Red energy, i said im not buying anything and hung up on him!! how can i complain to the company!

The same span phone call - the chap sounded of Indian descent, said he was with Excel Energy and was very persistent and rude and then hung up on my face!

Refered by a business. Called number on behalf of Energy Eutralia and NSW Govnt offering free assessments. Very doggy

I answered, I actually got onto an operator, they try to make you change your electricity company. They are very persistent and pushy, I told the chap to send me a brochure but he asked for my details (address, date of birth and name) I asked him what its for, and he once again told me to give my details, I told him to e-mail it he replied "I will e-mail it first give me your name and date of birth" I then asked to speak to his manager and he hung up. Rang back and it was engaged. Nuisance!!
