They call and tell you that Microsoft informed them that we have a problem with Windows. They ask us to key in a Windows-R instruction to take control over our computer. They scan our files and pretend that we are infected by Trojan csrss.exe. They have the solution to clear it at 250$ with the declaration of the credit card. They change our Windows password and give a Hotmail code for reply. Extreme hacking.
