It's the appointment scheduler for Top Health Doctors in Brisbane. All ok, I did have dealings with them.

A reminder for a doctor's appointment in Brisbane when I live in Victoria, Yeh, I don't think so.

I literally made a doctors appointment with my doctor for tomorrow. I got this as a txt to confirm the very appointment I made
I think it's a service all doctors use to onfirm appointments etc as I've also had a txt from an old doctors surgery I used to attend

Message sent to my mobile and to my email reminding me of my doctor’s appointment tomorrow and asking permission for Medicare to pay today’s doctor’s appointment. Talked to doctor’s secretary who confirmed that they did contact me by phone and email, so I consider this number to be totally legitimate.

Hotdoc think they are legit But they’ve been hacked (multiple times) Certainly do NOT supply bank acct dtls or Medicare permissions Or the like

Text message from the number claiming that I have an appt with Port plaza medical (in Port Adelaide) when I’m
In Melbourne. Yeah scam. Blocked and reported

Caller: 0409 593 783 (Oxley Family Medical)

I have had a previous SMS with this number which addressed me by my name, and said to click this hotdoc link to confirm my appointment with a doctor at Oxley Family Medical, 2023 (I think this was legitimate, I didn't response to it though). I've only been to Oxley Family Medical once, not my regular GP. 2026 I got a SMS addressing my NAME, and that my appointment is coming up and requires a temporary hold of $81.73, please add your card vis HotDOC (link). I definately think there is some sort of data issue so please be wary and never add card information online. I am not in this area and have not been to this place in a while.

Asking to cofirm an appointment for tomorrow. Did not respond. Checked here so blocked the number.

claims that my local medical centre is closed next week. i checked with them, they are not closed next week and didn't send any messages. SCAM!

This number is somewhat legit. Guys remember if you live in another state and receive a text from this number related to something medical. You may have used hotdoc for an urgent online Telehealth on demand appointment. This was the case for me I live in Sydney and the message was from a medical centre to which a doctor had called me for On Demand services recently.

Message: Important patient update: Rockhampton Central Medical Centre now offers 100% Bulk Billing for all GP patients . Valid Medicare card required. Some procedures or allied health services may incur a private fee. Book online: www.rockhamptoncentralmedicalcentre.com.au/sms Reply STOP to opt out

Of course never click links in text messages and proceed with caution but, hotdoc uses these text messaging services for prior customers and you may not remember using on demand where you had a doctor from another state contact you or your family members.
