Shocking awful service. Have always packed things ourselves as it just seemed easier, however, having recently had a 4th baby I decided it was best to get help to pack/unpack! BIG MISTAKE! The unpacking they did at the new house - all I can say is think of opening a box and literally throwing the items into a cupboard , they claim to arrange your kitchen for 'maximum functionality ' what a joke!! Out kitchen cupboards were thrown together with all sorts of items mixed in together, it was a complete mess. They opened boxes we didn't ask them to in order to charge us more and took it upon themselves to empty our wardrobe boxes and shoved our clothes into cupboards all mixed up! The girls roamed around our home laughing and joking and generally getting in the way, the removalist they arranged whinged and complained about having to lift furniture ( does
It get any funnier) and broke several expensive items of furniture.

Absolutely awful, I would absolutely not recommend this 'service' to anybody. Promised the earth and delivered a road map! Do it yourself with some helpers and save yourself the upset and $3500!!
