Ticketek has the worst customer service in the country. Why have a phone number if you just give us a spiel about how busy you are and then hang up?

Tried calling this number for help when trying to book Van Gogh tickets online - What a joke!! All I got was a very long-winded speel about covid (big surprise), & other blah blah blah, then "we are too busy to take your call", then the call cut off. The online process was a nightmare - after putting in all the details of my entire life (or so it seemed), & my credit card details, nothing happened, which is why I needed to speak to someone! Pathetic service.

Have tried this number soon many times and I get one beep then nothing. Not everyone wants to book on line or like me have a question regarding tickets already purchased. Lift your game Ticketek.
